2024 Raptor Fest - Enraptured with Grassland Birds!

A live bird demonstration by the very entertaining Trish Marki from the Wildlife Institute of Eastern New York

Plus two remarkable speakers:

• 12-year-old prodigy Arabella Pajoohi, member of the NY State Young Birders club, will enlighten us with Grassland Birds: Who are they, Why they matter, & What can be done to protect them

• Joseph Bruchac, PhD., a Native American poet, storyteller, & author, will describe the deep connection between humans and the feathered beings all around us in Our Teachers, The Birds.
